Production process:
•Inspection of all raw material, quality checking before production
•Cutting the big glass into standard size accordingly
•Cleaning the glass surface and coloring, then drying
•Cutting again into mosaic chips, strips or by water-jet cutting irregular shape
•Kilning in the stable furnace to make the mosaic glass glossy and smooth edge
•Inspection for inferior-quality glass chips after kilning
•Paving mosaics on the mould and mesh mounted with glue
•Finished product checking before packing
•Packing in the box and pallet
